Rapid Deployment – At Scale

Pushing through a quick deployment doesn’t have to be painful. Through the course of 30 days (pilot to completion), Eureka Retail deployed people counters across 90 locations across the united states, on time and on budget.

Eureka Retail delivered a project plan that maximized not only the time available, but also the available resources internally and at the client, as well as geographic spread to optimize the load on support, back-end and client resources. This allowed for an efficient deployment that eliminated any impact to stores during hours.

All stores were completed on time and on budget and the CTO and primary stakeholder started the closing call of the project with a simple “WOO-HOO!”. All milestones had been met, all metrics had been met and both budget and schedule had been met. Reporting was live 5 days ahead of schedule.
